Leanne + Justin | 14th October 2016

Oxwich Bay Hotel – A fresh but crisp autumnal morning awaited Leanne & Justin in October. Leanne’s preparations began with her closest friends, Mum and gorgeous little Mali, in the old school house cottage, Oxwich. Everyone was in good spirits even after having a few too many bottles of prosecco the night before!
The very talented Emily Porter was on hand to make-up team bride and Leanne’s hairdresser had driven all the way down from Aberdare to be there for her on her important day!
Justin had the much harder task of getting Morgan and Iolo dressed, and then himself ready whilst they tried to ‘pile on’ lol – we think you did a pretty good job considering!

Leanne and Justin always wanted their day to resemble their family, and part of their journey as a family as involved sadder times. Leanne & Justin very sadly lost a baby, Emmie in 2011. Emmie’s birthstone is Peridot, when Justin proposed in 2012 it was with a beautiful Peridot ring. Leanne decided to use a green theme throughout the day. Justin wore a very dapper green tweed suit, and Leanne had the most fantastic green shimmer shoes, the flowers and venue were dressed with lots of gorgeous ferns and greens, it looked amazing!
As Leanne walked down the aisle to Justin emotions were high and we could feel just how much it meant to these two that they have got to where they are, it was a very beautiful marriage service as little Morgan looked on proudly, all the time with his fingers crossed as he just wanted Mam and Dad to say “I do”!

And so the celebrations began with Leanne and Justin’s favourite cocktails! Despite the cold October weather Leanne and Justin wanted to brave the elements and venture onto the beach for photos.
With the waves crashing along the shore and onto the rocks we achieved an amazing set of images.
A wonderful surprise awaited Leanne and Justin when they returned from the beach, two boxes of beautiful butterflies.

The day went without a hitch, food was enjoyed, the drinks flowed, speeches were funny and heart warming, and some awesome memories were made.
